LODGE ROOM RATES (please read policies below)
$95.00 per night for 2 people for a room in the lodge with a private bath over looking the lake.
$75.00 per night for a single person, midweek, weekends and holidays regular rates apply.
Children in the Lodge Rooms, 15 years and under are $20.00 ea.
Additional Adult Guests in the Lodge Rooms $45.00 for 3 or more people in a room.

$175.00 a night, 3 or 4 bedroom cabin #5,6,9,

Each additional person in a cabin is $55.00 per person overnight stay
Rates quoted are based on double occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Children 15 and under $25.00 each, infants no charge,

Cabin minimum for 2 people based on double occupancy.
Our rates do not include NH 9% rooms and meals tax or gratuity.

FURNISHINGS
All cabins are on the water, some with their porches 10 feet away from the water. All have complete modern kitchen facilities, which include silverware, dishes, pots, pans coffee makers, toasters, etc. All cabins have outside picnic tables, Cable TV and microwaves. Linens and blankets are furnished so you have only to worry about packing your sports gear and clothing. There are near by grocery stores for all of your shopping needs. (If you do not want to cook dine at our Back lake Tavern Restaurant on premise.

FACILITIES
Our cabins have been laid out to give you privacy and are of various accommodations for one or two families or groups of people. All cabins have automatic gas or oil heating systems, hot water and showers. In the main lodge there are comfortable rooms with a view of the lake. We rent boats and motors and canoes. Licenses and bait are also available.

#2,3,4 - $900 .00 & $325.00 each additional adult
#5,6,9 - $995.00 & $125.00 a week each child under 15
#7,8 - $850..00 one bedroom with loft
$125.00 a week each child under age 15
7night stay take 10% off the regular nightly rate for the rest of the year

POLICIES
Three nights reservation required on holiday weekends.

There is a 15-day cancellation policy to receive your deposit back: we have a $15.00 cancellation fee if you cancel any less than that, we will refund your deposit only if we can refill the reservation.

PETS
No pets are allowed in the lodge rooms.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE WINTER IN CABINS OR IN LODGE ROOMS.
There is a $15.00 charge per day for each pet.
All dogs must be cleaned up after, kept on a leash, not allowed to roam free, and kept off the cabin furniture. You are responsible for any damages incurred by you or your pet. A credit card is required for deposits for damages and excess cleaning up charges.

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in Time: 3:00 PM
Check out Time: 10:30 AM
Please observe this time so that the cabin or room can be cleaned for the next guests arriving. If you do not check out by the designated time, then we will assume you are staying another night and you will be charged accordingly.

PAYMENT POLICY
The fee for your stay with us is expected to be taken care of at the time of check-in. The party is obligated for all nights reserved and the number of people booked per cabin is what we expect to be paid, unless we are notified ahead of time and other arrangements have been made. There is a 15 day cancellation policy for refunds. Cabins and rooms will be held until 6PM on the day of arrival unless other arrangements have been made. You and the members of you party are responsible for any damages to the cabins or grounds. All visitors and guests must check in at the office. There is a $25.00 charge for people visiting our guests for the day and using our facilities, if there is a question about this policy please ask at the office or email: nrthcntrylodge@aol.com.

ATTENTION: NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS
(In the winter we do not refund for broken sleds, injuries, bad weather or any other mishaps you may encounter. Your deposit will be applied to your last night stay and is non-refundable. )
