    The Harvest Fairis an opportunity for crafters, artisans and proprietors of unique area businesses to businesses to showcase & sell their quality products, produce, talents, and the special diversity of the Great North Woods to the general public. Local student and community groups are also welcome to participate.

Produced by the Colebrook Downtown Development Association, proceeds support the CDDA’s efforts to enhance, promote and revitalize “the heart of the Great North Woods.” 


Please Note:

* Fees are non-refundable and required with registration.

* Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and display equipment.

* Seasonal colors and decorations are encouraged. 

* Please use tablecloths or other décor to conceal items stored under tables.

* Vendors must purchase and register their space under their own name; no sharing. Vendors may request to be next to or near a friend.

* Spaces are limited, and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please, note any special needs or requests on form. Access to electricity must be requested in advance.

* Priority is given to vendors residing in the Great North Woods.

* Set-up is Saturday from 7:00 – 8:45 am. Early birds can not be admitted.

* Booths must be attended at all times. Limited assistance is available.

* Break down begins no earlier than 3:00 pm. Vendors must clear and clean up spaces by 4:30 pm. Vendors leaving early may be denied space at future events.

* Individual promotions are at each vendor’s discretion. Sales outside of the booth boundaries are not permitted.

* No commercially produced, 2nd-hand, or flea-market items.

* Your cancelled check will be your confirmation of acceptance, unless you are otherwise notified.

* Complimentary coffee for vendors will be offered from 7:30 – 9:00 am.

* Agreement to participate includes compliance with all SAU7 building use rules; including, but not limited to: No smoking anywhere in the building or on the grounds; No use or possession of alcoholic beverages; and to reimburse the School District for any expense incurred in cleaning, loss or repair determined to be due to the participant’s actions or participation.

 

SPECIAL FEATURES: 

The “Harvest Fair Café” will be open from 9:00 – 2:00. Vendors will be offered the opportunity to pre-order lunch. The CDDA fundraising here includes a coffee, cider & sweets station; apple crisp; and the annual “Chili Challenge” contest. Additional offerings typically include subs & sandwiches, beverages, and other baked goods.

Vendors are also welcome to participate in the “Chili Challenge” contest, simply by entering a crockpot of any kind of chili! Anyone can be a judge - $5 to sample & score!

Directions: From Main Street Colebrook, turn onto Colby Street at the Big Apple Convenience store. Turn left onto Dumont Street. Vendors may use the small parking lot only during loading/unloading; please park in the large lot during the event.
