hello everyone!


i wanted to let you know that my band AM Vibe will be playing a FREE  

show at Hensley\'s Flying Elephant on Saturday Night March 7th we are  

playing with The Drowning Men...they are my favorite local band.


we play nice & early at 8pm...that is the real set time!!! if you show  

up at 9 we will be done and sitting at the bar.


it would mean a lot to me if you could make it out...and it would look  

kick ass to have a bunch of bikes out front!


i hope to see you there

(it\'s sort of all ages..if you come early and have dinner with your  

kids, you could sneak um back there for the show. we are playing semi  

acoustic, so it won\'t blow out their ear holes!

The Christmas Toy Drive for the Family Recovery Center will be this Sunday Dec 14th at the Village Pub in Carlsbad!!!
Please bring an unwrapped NEW toy and stay for some Christmas cheer Grin

lets meet around 2-2:30. there will not be a cruise, so if you are about town in your car...it\'s all good.

if you cannot make it and would like to help out, i can arrange to pick up your toy(s). or if you prefer you can get me some cash and I will do the shopping for you Cheesy...it will almost be like "you have people" contact me at info@chopaderos.com

this is a great way to kick off the holiday season with a feel good afternoon with your fellow Dero\'s.

hello Chopaderos & Friends!
it\'s that time of year...no not Christmas...it\'s time for the
Chopaderos Annual Fund raiser ride!

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 15TH 1pm (starting at the corner of Chestnut Ave & Rossevelt Carlsbad CA)

This year we will not be collecting money...we will be collecting blankets & quilts for
BINKY PATROL!..one more time...BINKY PATROL!
they will take the blankets we collect and distribute them to children who need
them...shelters, hospitals, the homeless...any kid who needs that feeling of LOVE and
safety.

The folks at Binky Patrol are super cool...and super excited to have the Chopaderos help
them help kids...

I know that time\'s are tuff right now...so bringing a homemade blanket, or a store bought
one to the ride is a slam dunk!
the child that gets your blanket will keep it forever...some of the stories are amazing..

We will end at the F.E. (Hensley\'s Flying Elephant Pub & Grill: 850 Tamarack Ave) so if you want to park near there or get an early start.

Support Chopaderos Members!

This Friday, be sure to catch the Jay Leno Show which features a performance by  Scobie \'s band, Flogging Molly .   The Jay Leno show starts at 11:30pm.

In celebration of the Flogging Molly-Jay Leno performance, Hensley\'s Flying Elephant Pub and Grill is inviting everyone to stay late and watch the show at the Pub. 

Show up and you could possibly win a Flogging Molly skateboard signed by the band and Jay Leno!

Ride Update:

Spring Wing Ding! Meet at the Compound @ 1pm.  We\'ll throw some wings on the Q, then hit a car or 2, cruise the coast with the crew, and then end up at Hensley\'s Flying Elephant Pub & Grill for a Guiness or 2.

The club had a great year: new bikes to be rolled out, new chapters, new members, and new beer by Budweiser that comes pre-mixed with tomato juice!  Plenty to celebrate!

This page will be filled (eventualy) with random pictures of club member doing what comes naturaly. this is the Toronto Chapter snowboarding in full colours, then hanging backstage with Matt Hensley from Flogging Molly ...how did they get backstage? Matt is a Chopaderos prospect and will do his best to see as many Chopaderos as possible on his world tour.
