Reports are essential to know how a project has been managed and ascertain the efficiency of a team. It shows the net result of various activities and can be considered as a summary of the project status at any given point of time.
Reports in GANTT chart display activities vs the time line, in other words the duration of an activity can be viewed using these reports. On clicking on the Gantt chart bar, it takes you to the respective task or milestone under the 'Tasks & Milestones' tab. On hover on the Gantt chart bar the details of milestone/task are shown. - closed milestones / tasks : Those tasks/milestones which have been completed
- open milestones / tasks : Those which are open currently or planned for future
- Task List view : Shows the set of activities and the duration for each activity in a list format
- Task Graph view : Shows the chart with activities plotted against time line
- Milestone Report : Shows the milestones which have been scheduled and completed. You can use the filter selection to view open or closed milestones.
