Under General Settings, users are allowed to do the following :
Updating User details You have the option to update the User details at any time. To use this option, you can go to the Settings > General Settings. You can edit the user details like name, change in address, update changes in phone numbers or update job title changes, if any, over a period of time. This feature brings in a lot of flexibility and convenience, particularly in projects where the duration is considerably long and the user details undergo frequent changes or updation. ![]() Company Settings Under Company Settings admin can do the following changes :
![]() People View Under People View, the users list will be displayed along with the Administrator. The privileges of the Administrator here are:
![]() Client View Under Client View, the client companies and client users in each company accessing the project will be displayed along with the Admin user.The privileges of the Admin user are:
![]() Templates The latest addition to the features list is the inclusion of a separate 'Templates' tab under 'Settings'. Creating 'Task List Templates' makes it easy to use the same set of repetitive tasks in multiple projects without actually re-writing the items in the list again. This saves the effort of retyping repetitive tasks all over again in a new project. You can create Task List Templates and add multiple 'Task Templates' to each 'Task List Template'. ![]()
