Refer How tos

The purpose of Timesheet is to record the log time for any task that is being taken up/assigned by/to the members in a project. This is required in order to calculate the total man hours that is expended for a project and for billing purposes by the client.Under this module, the user can view the details of number of hours spent over various tasks by using the following views:

List view

This view shows the list of tasks, the task list to which it belongs to, date, number of hours spent on the particular task, the owner of the task and any notes that have been added for reference.

You can also sort the time sheet as:
  • Overview : To see all the tasks and their individual log time of users
  • By user : To group various tasks based on user name and show the time taken for each task
  • By date : To sort the tasks in order based on dates of individual tasks

Calendar view


This view shows the monthly calendar view and shows the log time of activities for respective days. It also displays the sum total of hours spent for all the weeks in the month and for the entire month. To see individual timesheets of users, the filter option can be used to select the user name from the drop down list.
  • Custom Log Hours can be added/edited by the user. For example 0.23 for twenty three minutes, 4.20 for four hour and twenty minutes, 6.05 for six hours and five minutes.
  • Log Hours & Log notes can be edited/deleted. Click the link shown across each day and edit the log hours/notes by clicking edit icon. Click delete (delete icon) to delete the log hours.
